The Buffalo Presidential Center is deeply saddened by the loss of our friend and colleague Joan Bozer.
During her time as an Erie County Legislator, she advocated for historic preservation, the arts, libraries and the rights of the mentally and physically handicapped. She brought that same passion and drive to the Buffalo Presidential Center for over 20 years.
She will be remembered and missed.
