With the support of Erie County, the Buffalo & Erie County Library, our all-volunteer board, and individual supporters from around the country, the BPC had a successful capital campaign in 2020.
Because of these generous investors, the Buffalo Presidential Center’s new 1,700 square foot museum including permanent and rotating exhibits, collection storage area and workspace/meeting room is now open. This unique facility is Buffalo and WNY/s newest history-based cultural space.
We need the continued support of all in the community who care about sharing the history of Buffalo’s unique past and empowering future generations.

“The Buffalo Presidential Center is an incredible resource and repository for Buffalo and Western New York’s rich presidential and political history, showcasing our area’s importance in U.S. politics for over 200 years. While Millard Fillmore and Grover Cleveland are remembered as the two U.S. Presidents from our area, Presidents Lincoln, McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt also had a significant presence in our area and are included in a list of thirty-six Presidents who came to Buffalo before, during and after their Presidency. I support the BPC in their campaign to add much-needed exhibition and meeting space, bringing history to life for the next generation.”
