Grover Cleveland House

Grover Cleveland lived in the house at 51 Johnson Park in Buffalo, NY 14201 during his law school days. The house was built in 1856 in a Greek Revival style. Cleveland later practiced law in Buffalo and, in 1872, took office as sheriff of Erie County. He was elected mayor of Buffalo in 1881, then governor of New York in 1882, and president in 1884 and 1892.
